Osteria n.3 was born from a love for authentic Italian cooking and the warmth of Cape Verde. Our founder, Chef Matteo, left Florence to bring traditional recipes to Praia, blending Mediterranean ingredients with local seafood and produce.
We believe in slow food – handmade pasta daily, wood‑fired pizzas, and sauces simmered for hours. Every dish tells a story of family, passion, and the sea.
